journeytohealthiness asked: I have a ton of goals for track, which could be a good or a bad thing. I want to get my 3200 meter time down from 13:07 into the 12:50s or so; ultimately I'm looking for it to be like 12:30 but these things take time I suppose. In the 1600 meter run, I would really love a 5:45 at some point during the season. In addition, I want to beat the freshman that was on my cross country team who made states this year by 2 spots and I didn't, and the senior whom usually beats me, up last season's end. Good luck!
